The secret of the Baguette Baker
The patented baking dish is handmade from heat-retaining, unglazed and
breathable CeraFlam® ceramic. Its colour shimmers in natural brown
shades. The two baking areas and the surrounding baking groove are on
the top. They are filled with water. Even evaporation during baking
causes a moisture screen to form directly around the baguette. This
achieves the perfect baking results.
It enables a wonderful crispy crust to form, while the bread inside stays moist and light. The targeted moisture combined with the heat-retaining ceramic also achieves the best results with cakes or pastries.
The Baguette Baker is food-safe and does not need to be greased for baking.
