1 General
The following contractual conditions apply to all business relations. With the purchase of the article you enter into a legally binding purchase contract.

2. orders
All orders are non-binding with regard to price and delivery possibility. The purchaser undertakes to accept the ordered goods.

3. delivery periods
The delivery periods are non-binding. Unforeseen obstacles to delivery entitle us to cancel the delivery obligations in whole or in part.

4. prices
Prices are in Swiss francs and include 7.7% VAT. The prices are non-binding, subject to change.

5. terms of payment
In our shop, the following methods of payment are generally available to you:

Prepayment
As soon as your order has been processed by us, we will send you an order confirmation with our account details. With this you can transfer the corresponding amount to our bank account. After receipt of payment, the goods will be sent to you together with a copy of the invoice.

Credit card
You can pay with the common credit cards Mastercard and VISA. Your credit card account will be charged after the order has been completed. The data transfer takes place via an encrypted SSL connection.

PayPal
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Invoice
With the delivery of your order we will send you an invoice, which you can pay within 14 days by bank transfer to our bank account.
If the order value exceeds CHF 200, we reserve the right to carry out a credit check and, if necessary, to adjust the order to cash in advance.

6. retention of title
All goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment has been made. The supplier reserves the right to have the retention of title registered at the competent property registry office at any time.

7. dispatch
The shipping costs (postage and packaging) shall be borne by the buyer and are shown on the invoice. As a rule, the goods are dispatched by post; any damage in transit must be reported to us immediately.

8. complaints
Complaints regarding quantity and condition of the consignment can only be considered within 7 days after arrival of the consignment.
